This Water Rescue dummy is used by RAN, NATO, British and US Navies, Australian Surf Life Saving Clubs, State Emergency Services, Marine Rescue and the recognised sea rescue agencies.

Originally developed in conjunction with the Royal National Lifeboat Institute (R.N.L.I), Greater Manchester Fire Service Water Incident Support Section and the British Navy; the Water Rescue dummy realistically simulates a concious, unconscious or deceased casualty in water.

The angle the dummy adopts in the water can be varied by adjusting the additional foam pieces in the overall. 

With no foam in the overall pockets the dummy floats head and shoulders above the water at an angle of 45 - 90 degrees to the surface.
